  221. This procedure delays the calling process by the number of
  222. milliseconds given by the \fIms\fR parameter, and returns
  223. after that time has elapsed.  It is typically used for things
  224. like flashing a button, where the delay is short and the
  225. application needn't do anything while it waits.  For longer
  226. delays where the application needs to respond to other events
  227. during the delay, the procedure \fBTk_CreateTimerHandler\fR
  228. should be used instead of \fBTk_Sleep\fR.
